Total Cost of Vacation Package: Airline prices start at £599 per person from London. The price of the total holiday package is based on the published full Y adult economy fare and depends largely on the time of the year, circumstance, origin and destination of travel.
You can choose to travel in any month but you will get the best value by requesting low season months such as November, December and January. Mid season months are February, March, April, September & October. High season months are May, June, July & August. As this is a promotional programme space is unavailable during holidays such as Easter, Christmas or New Year.
Additional costs: You will be invoiced for airfares, gratuities, transfers, upgrades, all taxes and government fees, holiday and seasonal supplements and fuel surcharges. All prices and taxes are subject to change without notice. You will also be responsible for all meals and tips outside the cruise ship, beverages, shore excursions, porterage, personal expenses, incidentals, parking fees etc.
Meals: All meals, except beverages, are included on the cruise ship only. You are provided with up to 6 sumptuous meals per day, aboard the cruise ship! Dinner is semi-formal and has 2 separate sittings, which need to be pre-determined and remain the same throughout your cruise. Early seating dining between 6 - 7 p.m. is automatically requested for you but you may change to the late seating between 8 - 9 p.m. on board. A little tip - early seating dining will make the midnight buffet more enjoyable! Hotels are on a room only basis, and meals are not included, but there is no obligation to have your meals at the hotels. $10 - $15 per person, buys you a pretty good meal at quality restaurants in America.
Travel Alone: Although the trip is valid for 2 adults on a twin sharing basis, you may travel on your own by paying a single supplement equivalent to the cost of 2 adults.
Car Rental & Transfers: If you wish, you may decline the economy rental car included in the package, but we will be unable to provide you with alternative transportation or credit. Taxi service is available at inexpensive rates. Most hotels where you will be staying, have a guest services desk where you can reserve a shuttle to and from several attractions, at a nominal cost. For those who are traveling with friends and wish to share a car, you are in effect declining one car for which there is no credit, and upgrading one car for which you will be charged at the appropriate rate.
For those who are planning on taking the Mexico cruise an important point to note is that the drive from Miami to Orlando is about 5 hours. If you decline the car, the only alternative is to fly at approx $125 per person. Roundtrip transfers in this case, will be your responsibility. You will be invoiced for all necessary transfers, i.e. airport to hotel, hotel to port and port to car rental location. Vacation Promotions International will not be responsible or liable in any way if you do not utilize the services provided or if you deviate from the published programme in any way.
Shore Excursions: The cruise line offers excursions on shore at each port. These vary in price and are payable directly to the cruise ship.
Extending stay in the US: Yes, you may provided you do so in writing at least 90 days before departure and if your tickets have not been issued. You may not however, fly out earlier than your scheduled holiday. All return flights must be from Orlando between a Monday to Thursday only or a weekend surcharge of £35 per person will be levied. Transfers are not included for such deviations.
Extending stay in Orlando: You may extend your stay in Orlando at £75 per room per night including taxes depending on season and availability. Please indicate this on the Official Reservation Form provided, if you choose this option.
Upgrade information for the hotel in Orlando: After the cruise, the standard room we offer in Orlando is a hotel room with 2 double beds. This kind of room is suitable for couples with very young children. You may upgrade from a hotel room to a 2 bedroom suite which has a Queen bed and 2 Twin beds more suited for older children.

£275 - per room for 6 nights for the Bahamas cruise or £180 per room for 4 nights for the Mexico cruise. Extra nights are at £125 per room per night. All prices include tax.
Upgrade information for cabins on a cruise: A standard inside cabin is included however you may upgrade to an Oceanview double cabin for £130-£160 per cabin.3rd/4th person in cabin will pay £15 per person.
Payment Plan: Upon receiving your completed Official Reservation Form with your selected months, we will process your booking and you will receive an invoice 4-6 months prior to your departure date. You must pay a minimum deposit, within 5 days of receipt of the invoice, of £500 per invoice. The complete invoice must be paid at least 90 days prior to travel. Payment may be made by cheque, international bank draft or credit card (Visa /Mastercard/ American Express only). Credit card payments will be charged in US Dollars plus bank fees. Debit cards are not accepted. Bank Wire transfers may be made with prior arrangement. You will be responsible for exchange rate fluctuations and all fees charged by the bank.
A detailed and personalized itinerary will be included with your travel documents after your full payment has been received. Travel documents will be mailed to you as soon as we receive them from our suppliers, usually 14 days prior to departure.
Documents are sent out by First Class mail. If you wish to receive your documents by express overnight service the relevant fee will be charged.
Cancellations: All payments are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your trip at any time, please let us know as soon as possible. We urge you to purchase travel insurance at the time of first payment towards your trip.
Please note that NAME OR SPELLING CHANGES ARE NOT ALLOWED once tickets have been issued therefore it is your responsibility to make sure that the names printed on the invoice are correct.

What currency should I take on my vacation? The US Dollar is the acceptable form of currency in the United States. Please do change your local currency into US Dollars, before you enter the US to save time and money. Travellers cheques should also be in dollars. The cruise ship does not accept any currency other than the US Dollar. For the most part US Dollars are acceptable in ports in Mexico and the Bahamas.
