If you do not have a machine readable passport with a digital photo, you will require all visas, regardless of your nationality. Children must have their own machine readable passports with digital photos. You may bring a collapsible wheelchair provided you are accompanied by an able bodied person who can take care of you and carry you if necessary. You need to advise us in writing by separate email or letter, as soon as you receive your invoice so that we can inform all the vendors concerned. As soon as you receive your flight details you will need to call your airline in advance that you require wheelchair assistance, with full details of your medical condition and the dimensions of your wheelchair. Your collapsible wheelchair will be a part of your checked baggage, as you cannot carry it with you as hand luggage. There are a limited number of handicapped cabins including ocean view cabins, on board the ship and you must advise us of your needs in writing, as soon as you receive the invoice. The cruise line will require full details of your medical condition and the dimensions of your wheelchair before assigning a handicapped cabin for you. Please note that swimming pools and many other public areas may not be wheelchair accessible. We will request the hotels concerned that you require wheelchair accessible rooms. Note that all public areas or swimming pools of the hotel may not have wheelchair access. Also, most buses used for transfers do not have wheelchair access and your companion will have to carry you on board the bus while your wheelchair is stowed away. If necessary, you will need to pay and upgrade your car to accommodate your wheelchair.
