TRAVEL DOCUMENTS:
All passengers must be in possession of a full passport, which must be valid for at least six months from the date of return. Since visa requirements change from time to time, it is solely the client's responsibility to ensure that all documents needed are complete and current. Some nationalities may require a visa in order to enter the Bahamas and Mexico in addition to a multiple entry U.S. visa. Please check with your local Bahamian and Mexican Consulate.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
All accommodations are based on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room or cabin and one person must be at least 25 years of age. Up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) can be accommodated in one hotel room or cabin. Third and fourth persons (including infants under 2 years old) must share all facilities and accommodations with the two recipients of the Dream Holiday to get a lower rate or they will pay full adult airfares and all other taxes and supplements. The first 2 persons in every cabin/room will pay full adult airfares, all taxes and supplements regardless of age. No single supplements allowed.
CAR RENTAL:
Car rental companies require you to be over 21 and possess a valid driver’s license and a major credit card/cash in order for you to rent the car. In the event that you do not have the required documents to rent the car Vacation Promotions International will not be held responsible for alternative transportation. If you are senior driver aged over 70 you may be liable to pay a premium directly to the car rental company.
INCLUDED:
Your free holiday includes a 5 days/4-nights cruise including all meals and entertainment, 7 nights hotel accommodations in Florida on a room only basis, an economy size 2-door car, one-day one park themepark tickets subject to availability, visit to the Lakeridge Winery & Vineyards for free wine tasting. Tickets to Saw Grass Everglades Park including an airboat ride and visit to the exhibits are also included for those on the Mexico cruise. This free holiday is subject to purchase of the entire air and Florida land package consisting of roundtrip schedule airline tickets from the UK or Europe only, car insurance CDW, basic gratuities on board as specified by the cruise line, transfers as specified in the programme and all current taxes, govt. fees and surcharges subject to change without notice. All of the above are on a twin sharing basis. You will be invoiced for mandatory payments towards any voluntary additions and changes such as flights & accommodations not specified in the program, accommodation upgrades and car upgrades and weekend surcharges, if any.
NOT INCLUDED:
Only the items specified in the itinerary are included. The cost of passports, visas, shore excursions, gratuities, porterage, all meals outside the cruise ship, beverages, rental lockers, medical services, casino chips, personal expenses, incidentals, travel and medical insurance, airport charges, parking fees, bank charges, currency exchange rates, ticket delivery charges, fuel surcharges, resort fees, governmental action and increases in scheduled airfares are not included.
PERSONAL INSURANCE:
It is recommended that all passengers purchase a comprehensive Travel and Medical Insurance policy providing cover in the event of cancellation, illness, loss of luggage, tour operator/carrier default protection or inability to travel due to reasons of a personal nature, etc. Vacation Promotions International will not be held responsible for any liability in such cases.
REFUNDS AND CHANGES:
Once full or partial payment is received for your travel booking, Vacation Promotions International will commence to complete all bookings and transactions related to your trip. Vacation Promotions International will not accept changes to any segment of the booking after 90 days prior to departure or any name changes, if tickets have been issued. No refunds or changes on partly used airline tickets. Airline reservations may not be altered without the written consent of Vacation Promotions International and are non-changeable once tickets have been issued. Vacation Promotions International and its suppliers will not be liable in any way if any changes are made to the itinerary at any time and for any reason whatsoever or the services provided are not utilized for any reason and any deviation from the published programme will be the sole responsibility of the client. Any alterations, deviations or refunds to the Dream Holiday programme will only be honoured if authorized in writing by Vacation Promotions International. Passengers will be fully liable for any and all alterations made to the itinerary specified by Vacation Promotions International in the Dream Holiday programme.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations must be made in writing to Vacation Promotions International. The following cancellation fees apply : No refund of deposit. Final payment is non-refundable.
PAYMENT:
A minimum deposit of £500 is due within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. Full payment is due not less than 90 days before departure (or where an application for booking is received by Vacation Promotions International less than 90 days before departure, within 48 hours of the confirmation invoice being sent). If any payment is not received when due, Vacation Promotions International may cancel the booking and the terms of refunds and cancellations stated above will apply. If payment is made in a currency other than the currency you are billed at, all bank charges and currency fluctuations will be passed on to you. If you pay by bank wire transfer all bank charges will also be passed on to you. If you pay by credit card you will be billed in U.S. dollars at current exchange rates plus fees. All rates are subject to change without notice.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Vacation Promotions International and its associates, act only as agent for the Tour Operator(s), and the various hotels, airlines, bus companies, railroads, cruise lines (called Travel Suppliers) providing accommodations, transportation or other services described in this brochure, and with the acceptance of the travel program and/or such coupons exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets, the travel program member agrees to the foregoing and acknowledges that:
All such coupons, exchange orders, receipts, contracts and tickets issued by Vacation Promotions International, are issued or delivered subject to any and all tariffs, terms and conditions under which any such Travel Suppliers, their owners or contractors or any persons in their employ may have established;
Neither Vacation Promotions International, nor any of its agents or employees shall be liable for any delay, change in schedule, loss, damage, or injury to property or persons including death caused by reason of negligence, wrongful or intentional acts, acts of God, terrorist acts, governmental or political actions, civil unrest or hostilities, not withstanding any travel advisories or warnings; or for defects of equipment of any Travel Supplier, for any expense or inconvenience caused by late arrivals of any conveyances of such Travel Suppliers or any changes of schedules, conveyances or accommodations determined by any Tour Operator, or for any cancellation or disruption of any such services provided by any such Travel Suppliers; or for any failure on the part of any such Tour Operator or Travel Supplier to perform by reason of financial difficulty or default, suspension of operation, or other reason; or for any refunds for travel accommodations not provided by any such Tour Operators or Travel Supplier in excess of amounts actually received by way of refund from any such Tour Operator or Travel Supplier, or not paid over to Vacation Promotions International, by any such Tour Operator or Travel Supplier. The airlines or transportation companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any acts, omissions, or events during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. The passenger contract in use by the carriers concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines or transportation companies and the purchaser of this travel program and/or passengers. Baggage is at owner's risk entirely.
Travel Supplier(s)/Tour Operator(s) provide the travel services identified with this travel program, and the travel program member agrees to look solely to such Travel Supplier(s)/Tour Operator(s) for the provision to such travel services. All prices are subject to change without notice. Increases or decreases due to changes in air fare, regulations, and arrangements, cost or currency fluctuations will be passed on to the passenger in all cases. No frequent flier miles, coupons, discounted or promotional airfares can be used in conjunction with this offer. Any form of upgrades to Business/First Class is not eligible with this offer.
Vacation Promotions International reserve the right to cancel or substitute any change of itinerary at any time and for any reason whatsoever without prior notice and shall not be liable for any loss to passengers by reason of such cancellation or substitution. Vacation Promotions International reserves the right to substitute suppliers, hotels or cruise lines and the choice of airlines, cruise lines, accommodations etc. is dependent solely on the discretion of Vacation Promotions International. Vacation Promotions International will not honour any verbal promises made by representatives. The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a passenger on any tour. Our tours are independent and are not accompanied by a tour escort.
In the unlikely event that a dispute arises between the passenger and Vacation Promotions International, the passenger also agrees that the dispute will be governed by California law and the venue for any legal action will be in Orange County, California; and agrees that under any and all circumstances the cost of the trip is a fair and reasonable limitation on damages, of any sort whatsoever, and that no refunds or damages can be given greater than the amount actually paid to Vacation Promotions International.
